Our client operates all over Australia and is known as one of the largest tier 2 builders in the country. They operate in sectors such as education, industrial, health and more recently agecare with their projects valuing anything from $10M to $150M. Their QLD division has been operating for over 10 years and they currently have two offices in the state.
 
The role – Design Manager
Due to recent successful tenders their workload for the remainder of 2019/2020 is looking very exciting and they have a need for a Design Manager to join the ever growing business who are now one of the busiest Tier 2 builders in QLD. Your first project will determine on when they secure the successful candidate but likely to be based on an agecare project or a health project.
 
What you need to be considered:

• A building background is preferred. If you come from an architecture background you must have previous experience with a builder
• A construction related qualification
• Experience with large scale commercial/health projects is preferred
• Stability with previous employers
• A team player
• To be self motivated
