Key Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and refine demand forecasts across multiple product categories.
- Partner with sales and marketing to incorporate promotions and customer insights into forecasts.
- Optimise inventory levels to achieve service targets while managing working capital.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights to leadership on demand trends and risks.
- Support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.
- Experience as a Demand Planner, Supply Planner, or similar role (FMCG or food & beverage preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and forecasting system knowledge.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
