As one of the leading Sydney based builder developer this our client has a strong history delivering work for well-known outstanding high-rise residential builds. They currently employ around 100 people and over the last 12-18 month have updated their estimating, reporting and IMS systems to fall in line with the client's needs and industry standards. 

Due to a a number of changes in the laws around cladding their as looking for an experienced, client facing Defects Foreman who will oversee the defects of upcoming and previous builds with a particular focus on making sure that the cladding regulations are upheld. 

This position would suit someone from a carpentry background who has good general build knowledge and is used to regular client contact 

Ideal background

• Carpentry Trade 
• May suit someone who is no longer looking for the stressors of project work.
• Need to have a keen eye for detail and good carpentry skills
• Must have good stakeholder management skills and a diplomatic nature
• Experience working on High-rise builds 

Salary will depend on experience however experienced candidates are likely to expect between $100K - $130K
