Licensed Customs Broker – Freight & Logistics

Location: Sydney, NSW | Full-time, On-site

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and lodge import/export declarations, letters of authority, and associated documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
Advise clients on customs regulations, tariffs, and trade compliance while resolving queries and escalations professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams and government agencies to ensure smooth and efficient clearance of shipments.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a licensed customs broker in Australia.
Strong knowledge of customs, tariffs, import/export regulations, and ICS/SEA cargo systems.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and customer-focused approach.
Full working rights in Australia.
