Customer Service Coordinator Welshpool, WA
$75,000 + Super | Full Time | Monday – Friday
About the Role We are seeking a highly organised Customer Service Administrator to join a busy operations team based in Welshpool. This is an administration-focused role supporting the processing of customer enquiries, returned and damaged goods, and service-related issues, while ensuring accurate system updates and exceptional customer service.
Working within a fast-paced environment, you'll manage a high volume of administrative tasks, customer correspondence, and data entry, playing a key role in ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries relating to returned, damaged and rejected goods.
- Process returns, claims and associated documentation accurately using SAP.
- Investigate customer issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Complete high-volume data entry while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
- Manage a busy Outlook inbox, responding to and prioritising a high volume of emails.
- Liaise with internal departments to coordinate returns, replacements and customer updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records and system information.
- Prepare reports and complete general administrative duties.
- Deliver a high level of customer service across phone and email communications.
- Previous experience in a customer service, administration or coordination role.
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using SAP (highly regarded).
- Confidence managing high-volume Outlook email correspondence.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, organised approach and strong problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.
- $75,000 + Super
- Welshpool location with on-site parking.
