Contracts Manager - Infrastructure Project (Site-Based | 2+ Year Program)
Welshpool Area, WA
$170k-$220k base + super (experience dependent)
A well-established national civil contractor delivering major infrastructure works across Australia is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support delivery of a significant aviation-related infrastructure project in Perth. This is a long-term (2+ year) site-based role supporting complex works within a live operational environment.
This position is claims-focused and best suited to a Contracts Manager who enjoys the technical and contractual side of project delivery rather than team leadership or commercial ownership.

The Role
Working closely with project delivery teams and senior leadership, you will take ownership of:
- Preparing and managing contractual correspondence
- Supporting claims strategy, assessment, and submissions
- Managing variations, EOTs, and dispute processes
- Reviewing subcontractor and client contractual matters
- Providing structured contractual advice to the project team
- Supporting dispute avoidance and resolution activities
About You
To be successful, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience as a Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Administrator with an Australian head contractor
- Strong capability in claims preparation, disputes, and formal contract correspondence
- Experience supporting delivery of major infrastructure or civil construction projects
- Confidence working in a site-based project environment
- Excellent written communication skills
- A legal background (beneficial but not essential)
- Full Australian working rights
