About the Role – Contracts Manager
An exciting opportunity within a well-established organisation. We are looking for a Contracts Manager to be part of the Brisbane leadership team.
  
You will be heavily involved in the front end of the business, helping the teams with procurement ensuring the projects are set up correctly and provide support to the project teams. You will also be involved in training and development of the CA’s in the business.
  
This role would suit a Senior CA ready to make the step up, or an existing Contracts Manager working for another builder.
  
Skills and Experience 

• Have a completed degree in Construction Management
• Have a minimum of 10 years plus experience as a CA
• Fit out and new build construction experience preferred
• Must show stability with previous employers
• Must have worked for a known builder in Australia
• Be able to lead from the front and able to multi task
• Someone who is ambitious, self-motivated and reliable
• A team player
