Builder profile 

An opportunity to work on a wide range of Defence and Government projects in one of the most beautiful areas of NSW South coast and the surrounding area including Jervis Bay. My client an established local builder that has been operating since 2014. We are assisting with the recruitment of a Site Manager to be based in locally working on projects value from $5M - $30M.

The opportunity
  
Based in their South Coast office you will support an experienced Project Manager delivering commercial project valued to $20M. This will include the administration of sub contracts ( procurement, payments, variation assessment) whilst working closely the site team to achieve project milestones. You will oversee monthly cost reporting and have oversight for the head contract variations and invoicing
  
Ideally you will have exposure to working with government contracts and be able to use Procore
  
Salary will depend on experience however figures of between 120K – 140K  
  
Ideal background

• Construction Management degree or related and min of 3 year post graduate experience  
• Experience working with a commercial builder on large scale projects
• Experience working across projects from procurement through to final accounts
• Experience using procore
• Valid Drivers Lic
