CGC Recruitment are working with an Award-Winning High End Residential Builders based in Neutral Bay and have delivered projects up to $20m across the Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches. They have been operating for over 10 years and have grown year on year.
With 2 new projects started, they are looking to bring in an experienced contracts administrator who has worked on high end residential class 1 or 2 projects in Sydney in the last 5 years. You will be joining a small knit who deliver exceptional architectural designed homes.
The role is ready to start for the right person and will be paid up to $160,000 + super.

Job Role
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of construction contracts
- Procurement of subcontracts and supplier agreements
- Subcontractor and supplier management
- Monitoring contract performance and compliance, and addressing any issues that arise
- Provide expert advice and support to project managers and stakeholders on contractual matters
- Maintaining comprehensive contract documentation and records
- Analysing contract data, monthly reporting, communicating with clients and subcontractors, and coordinating with project teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assisting with tender responses, contract variations and contract closeouts
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Contract Administration within the Australian construction industry
- Proven experience delivering architectural designed homes or apartments or large commercial projects
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction, Business, Law, or a related field
- Strong capability in contract negotiation and contract management
- Well-developed analytical skills with the ability to interpret contract terms and conditions
- Effective communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams
- Experience with procurement systems such as Procore, Bluebeam and Buildlogic
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
