CGC Recruitment are working with a Class 1 and 2 high end residential builder based on the Upper North Shore who deliver award winning architectural homes up to $25m across the Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches.
You will be joining a close knit team who have been operating for over 10 years and with a new project in Mosman, they are looking to bring in an experienced Contracts Administrator from a high-end residential or Tier 1 Builder background.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor and supplier procurement processes
- Prepare, review, and administer subcontract agreements
- Assess and process progress claims and variations
- Track project costs, budgets, and forecasting
- Coordinate RFIs, scopes of works, and procurement schedules
- Liaise with project managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors
- Assist in programme management and project reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation and contract administration records
- Use Procore for project administration, documentation management, RFIs, variations, and reporting
- Support project delivery to ensure time, cost, and quality objectives are achieved
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator
- Proven experience working on luxury residential projects valued over $5m or large tier 1 builders.
- Strong understanding of Class 1 and Class 2 construction projects
- Previous experience using Procore is essential
- Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Highly organised, proactive, and team-oriented
