Are you an experienced Contracts Administrator with a background in commercial fit out and refurbishment projects?

We are working with well-established Brisbane builder with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality fit out and refurbishment projects across the commercial sector. With a strong pipeline of secured work and repeat clients, they are looking to add another experienced CA to their growing team.
This is an opportunity to work on fast-paced, technically challenging projects where you'll have genuine responsibility, strong support from senior management, and the chance to progress your career.

The Role

• Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple fit out and refurbishment projects.
• Prepare and administer subcontract packages.
• Assess variations, progress claims and project costs.
• Procure trades and suppliers.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

• Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator with a commercial builder.
• Proven background delivering fit out and refurbishment projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
