The Position
  • Join a high-performing project team supporting an experienced Project Manager on education and hospitality projects valued between $20M - $60M.
  • Take ownership of the full 360° Contracts Administration function from procurement through to project completion.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to Cadets and junior Contracts Administrators, helping develop the next generation of talent.
  • Act as the commercial lead on your assigned projects, maintaining full oversight of head contract administration and subcontract management.
  • Enjoy a varied role with a combination of site-based and office-based responsibilities.
Salary
  • $130K – $150K  + Super (dependent on experience).

To Be Successful You Will Need
  • Degree in Construction Management or a related construction discipline.
  • Minimum 5+ years' post-graduate experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction.
  • Proven experience delivering commercial projects within the Australian construction market.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients.
  • Experience using Jobpac (or similar construction ERP software) will be highly regarded.
