About the Company

This company is a renowned Brisbane and Gold Coast tier 3 building contractor.  They complete a wide range of residential projects including high-rise apartments and townhouse construction with projects valuing anything from $5M to $20M.
 
 
About the Role – Contract Administrator

Due to multiple successful tenders they are now looking for additional help within the commercial team and are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator.  You will be working with an established and experienced team and will be working on residential construction projects up to $20M, typically multi-level apartment buildings.  Your duties will include: preparing for projects starts, procurement, trade analysis, monthly reporting, variation and contractual claims. 
  

Skills and Experience 
  • A completed Construction degree
  • 5 years plus experience as a Contracts Administrator
  • Must have experience with a recognised residential builder
  • Experience working on projects up to $20M
  • Able to understand contracts and determine key areas of financial risk
  • Good communicator – verbal and written
  • Hardworking, driven and motivated to succeed with a positive outlook
