The role

• Client facing role with an empathise on value add and positive results to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction. Seeking a legal biased commercial manager who is an expert in EOT and Delay claims working on complex challenging scenarios. You'll work with tier one and tier two Construction and Engineering contractors so your ability to deliver excellent results while building relationships with clients is fundamental to the success of this role.

About you: 

* Tier 1 or 2 background

* Specialize in contract claims 

* Prior experience with commercial projects highly desired

* Ability to start immediately  

*Must have high level experience in Delay / EOT Claims – Builder or Consultancy background

*Seeking some 10 years’ experience contract management / commercial management / project management / Project Director experience.
