The Position
Reporting to the Project Manager and Contracts Manager, you will work closely with the site delivery team and play a key role in the financial and contractual management of major high-rise residential projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contract administration across the full project lifecycle
- Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
- Assessing and managing variations
- Processing progress claims and subcontractor payments
- Monitoring project costs and financial performance
- Assisting in ensuring projects are delivered on budget and on programme
- Supporting feasibility assessments for future developments where required
- Degree qualified in Construction Management or related discipline
- Previous experience working on high-rise residential projects
- Strong commercial and financial management capability
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships across project teams
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction background highly regarded
- Strong leadership qualities and team-oriented approach
Salary will be dependent on experience, however is expected to be in the range of $140K – $160K + Super
