The Position
Reporting to the Project Manager and Contracts Manager, you will work closely with the site delivery team and play a key role in the financial and contractual management of major high-rise residential projects.
  
Key responsibilities include:
  • Contract administration across the full project lifecycle
  • Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
  • Assessing and managing variations
  • Processing progress claims and subcontractor payments
  • Monitoring project costs and financial performance
  • Assisting in ensuring projects are delivered on budget and on programme
  • Supporting feasibility assessments for future developments where required
Skills & Experience
  • Degree qualified in Construction Management or related discipline
  • Previous experience working on high-rise residential projects
  • Strong commercial and financial management capability
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across project teams
  • Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction background highly regarded
  • Strong leadership qualities and team-oriented approach
Salary
Salary will be dependent on experience, however is expected to be in the range of $140K – $160K + Super
