Based in their Wollongong office the Contract Administrator you will support an experienced Project Manager delivering an aged care project worth $18M and be responsible for administration of contracts whilst working closely the site team to ensure project milestones are met.

Salary will be in line with experience however experience candidates expect between $100,000 - $120,000
- Construction Management degree or related and 3-6 years experience
- Experience working with a commercial builder on projects to $5M
- Experience working across projects from procurement through to final accounts
