Contract Administrator – Short-Term Contract | ASAP Start Contract Administrator | Up to 6 Weeks | Immediate Start
We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a well-established building contractor on a short-term contract of up to 6 weeks.
This is an ideal opportunity for a CA who can hit the ground running and provide immediate support to the project team while the builder completes the recruitment process for a permanent Contract Administrator.
The Role

• Short-term contract of up to 6 weeks
• ASAP start required
• Support the project team with day-to-day commercial and contractual duties
• Assist with variations, subcontractor management, claims and procurement
• Help keep commercial administration on track during the transition to a permanent CA
• Work closely with the Project Manager and wider commercial team

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working as a Contract Administrator with a building contractor
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• JobPac experience is essential
• Procore experience is essential
• Ability to step into a project and become productive quickly
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Available to start ASAP
