You'll be exposed to the full project lifecycle while delivering new build commercial construction projects ranging from $2M-$30M across a variety of industry sectors in both the public and private space.

The Role
Working closely with experienced Project Managers, Site Managers, and delivery teams, your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing and administering subcontract agreements
  • Procurement and tender evaluation
  • Managing subcontractor packages from award through to final account
  • Processing progress claims and payment schedules
  • Preparing and assessing variations
  • Cost control, forecasting and project financial reporting
  • Assisting with project programming and delivery
  • Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors
  • Ensuring contractual compliance across both private and public sector projects
Contract Administrator
  • 3-6+ years' experience working for a commercial builder
  • Demonstrated experience administering both private and public sector construction contracts
  • Exposure across GC21 contracts highly desired 
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project financials
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontract packages throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ambition to develop into a Project Manager
  • $140,000 - $160,000 + super 
Junior CA
  • 1-3 years' experience within commercial construction
  • Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or nearing completion)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A genuine desire to learn and progress into Project Management
  • $110,000 - $130,000 + super
