Job description
A well-established builder with an outstanding reputation for delivering quality projects across both the private and public sectors is looking to appoint a Contract Administrator to join their growing team.
With a highly experienced leadership group originating from top-tier construction backgrounds, this business has built a strong culture centred around mentorship, collaboration, and long-term career development. Staff retention is excellent, and many of the team have enjoyed lengthy tenures within the business.
Working from the office five days per week, you'll be part of a close-knit commercial team and work directly alongside experienced Project Managers who are passionate about developing the next generation of construction professionals.
Projects range across community, institutional, and private developments, including both live environment refurbishments and new build construction projects valued up to $30M.
This opportunity would suit a mid to senior-level Contract Administrator looking to further develop their commercial and project delivery skills within a business that genuinely invests in its people.

What's required?
• Experience as a Contract Administrator (2 years) within the construction industry
• Exposure to commercial, institutional, community or mixed-use projects
• Ability to manage subcontractor packages, procurement and contract administration processes
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Motivated to learn, develop and progress your career within a supportive environment
• Proficient with construction systems and reporting tools
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or similar.
