Contract Administrator | 8-Week Contract | CBD Commercial RefurbishmentImmediate Start Available An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced Contract Administrator to join a leading Tier 1 fit-out and refurbishment contractor on a high-profile commercial refurbishment project located in the CBD.
This is an initial 8-week contract role with an immediate start, supporting a fast-paced project team delivering a premium commercial refurbishment.
The Role Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Team, you will be responsible for managing procurement and contract administration activities to ensure successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation and review of subcontractor scopes of works
• Managing tender packages and RFQ processes
• Tender analysis, comparisons and recommendation reporting
• Subcontractor procurement and award negotiations
• Contract administration and subcontract management
• Assessment and processing of progress claims and variations
• Cost tracking and commercial reporting
• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders

About You To be successful, you will possess:

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within the commercial construction sector
• Strong experience on fit-out and refurbishment projects
• Demonstrated expertise in preparing scopes of works
• Excellent tender comparison and procurement capabilities
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced project environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
