Contract Administrator – Fit Out & Refurbishment 6-Month Contract | ASAP Start | Busy Pipeline of Projects
We are a growing fit out and refurbishment company delivering high-quality commercial projects across a diverse range of sectors. Due to a strong pipeline of work and an exceptionally busy period, we are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team on a contract basis for up to 6 months, with an immediate start available.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.
About the Role Reporting to the Project Manager and Directors, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of multiple fit out and refurbishment projects from procurement through to final accounts.
You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer contracts across multiple fit out and refurbishment projects
- Prepare, review, and process subcontract agreements and scopes
- Manage procurement and letting of trade packages
- Assess and process subcontractor progress claims and variations
- Prepare and track project cost reports and forecasts
- Assist with head contract administration and client reporting
- Coordinate RFIs, approvals, and project documentation
- Support project teams to ensure commercial and contractual compliance
- Monitor project budgets and assist with cost control
- Maintain accurate project records and financial documentation
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers throughout project delivery
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within construction
- Strong exposure to fit out and refurbishment projects preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Proficiency with construction software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Immediate start available
