With a reputation for excellence and a people-first culture, they are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to take ownership of major flagship project in Sydney CBD worth $25M
  
What you’ll do

• Lead the commercial management of flagship fitout project based in the CBD from inception through to handover.
• Help drive project performance in collaboration with the PM– managing programme, budget, quality, and client expectations.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Champion financial management, compliance, and innovation on site.

What you’ll bring

• Degree in Construction Management or related field
• Proven experience managing fitout or refurbishment projects $10M+.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience working in the tier 2 market
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A solutions-focused, collaborative mindset.
