Contract Administrator (Contract Role – 4–6 Weeks)
$5M Refurbishment Project | CBD Location | ASAP Start
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for an immediate short-term contract role on a live $5M commercial refurbishment project located in the CBD.
This is a hands-on opportunity to support the project team through a critical delivery phase on a fast-paced refurbishment project.
The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing subcontractor packages and procurement
  • Processing progress claims and variations
  • Contract administration and project documentation
  • Cost tracking and forecasting
  • Assisting with RFIs, scopes, and letting trades
  • Supporting project delivery and commercial reporting
  • Maintaining accurate records within Cheops
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Contract Administrator on commercial construction/refurbishment projects
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and project financials
  • Experience using Cheops is essential
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Available for an immediate start
