Contract Administrator (Contract Role – 4–6 Weeks)
$5M Refurbishment Project | CBD Location | ASAP Start
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for an immediate short-term contract role on a live $5M commercial refurbishment project located in the CBD.
This is a hands-on opportunity to support the project team through a critical delivery phase on a fast-paced refurbishment project.

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for an immediate short-term contract role on a live $5M commercial refurbishment project located in the CBD.
This is a hands-on opportunity to support the project team through a critical delivery phase on a fast-paced refurbishment project.
The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing subcontractor packages and procurement
- Processing progress claims and variations
- Contract administration and project documentation
- Cost tracking and forecasting
- Assisting with RFIs, scopes, and letting trades
- Supporting project delivery and commercial reporting
- Maintaining accurate records within Cheops
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator on commercial construction/refurbishment projects
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and project financials
- Experience using Cheops is essential
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Available for an immediate start
