Contract Administrator (Contract Role – Immediate Start)
Location: Near Blacktown, NSW
Duration: Initial 2–3 month contract with strong potential to extend
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a dynamic project team delivering a new-build education project located near Blacktown. This is an excellent short-term opportunity with the likelihood of extension for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage procurement processes including tendering, bid analysis, and subcontractor engagement
  • Prepare and administer subcontract packages, scopes of work, and contract documentation
  • Assist with cost control, forecasting, and reporting
  • Liaise with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation within project systems
  • Support contract negotiations and variations management
About You:
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within construction (education or similar new-build projects highly regarded)
  • Strong procurement experience with the ability to hit the ground running
  • Proficiency in Procore project management software is essential
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational capabilities
  • Available to start immediately or at short notice
