Contract Administrator (12-Week Contract) – $100M New Build Project
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for a 12-week contract to support procurement activities on a $100M new build project. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing project team and play a key role in driving procurement outcomes on a large-scale build.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end procurement processes
  • Prepare, issue, and evaluate subcontractor packages and scopes
  • Negotiate subcontract terms and conditions
  • Let and administer subcontracts in line with project timelines
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure procurement milestones are achieved
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with company systems, processes, and commercial frameworks
About You:
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on large-scale construction projects (~$100M+)
  • Previous experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder is essential
  • Strong procurement and subcontract letting experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Experience working within similar-sized builders and project environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
