Contract Administrator (12-Week Contract) – $100M New Build Project
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for a 12-week contract to support procurement activities on a $100M new build project. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing project team and play a key role in driving procurement outcomes on a large-scale build.

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for a 12-week contract to support procurement activities on a $100M new build project. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing project team and play a key role in driving procurement outcomes on a large-scale build.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end procurement processes
- Prepare, issue, and evaluate subcontractor packages and scopes
- Negotiate subcontract terms and conditions
- Let and administer subcontracts in line with project timelines
- Work closely with the project team to ensure procurement milestones are achieved
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company systems, processes, and commercial frameworks
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on large-scale construction projects (~$100M+)
- Previous experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder is essential
- Strong procurement and subcontract letting experience
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Experience working within similar-sized builders and project environments
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- 12-week contract on a landmark $100M project
