They are known for delivering quality fit out projects up to $5M and operate in a variety of sectors such as commercial, retail and hospitality.
The fit out sector is currently in a boom and this successful builder are winning their fair share of projects and are in need of a Contract Administrator who has at 1 to 3 years experience to join an established team and support the companies growth.
They are experiencing a high volume of successful tenders at present which has forced them to grow their team and they are looking for a Contract Administrator who is passionate about developing their careers in an established construction industry with a good culture.
As a Contracts Administrator, you will be working closely with a Senior Contracts Administrator and a Project Manager on a variety of retail projects including commercial and retail projects. The candidate they are looking for will have a completed construction degree and will hold ideally hold 1 to 3 years’ worth of experience
To be successful for this role of Contract Administrator you will need:
- A completed construction degree
- Desire to grow through an established company
- Experience with Jobpac is preferred but not essential
- Commercial/retail background
- A Team player
- Willing to learn and take instructions
