Our client is one of Australia’s largest privately-owned construction companies who turn over in excess of $800M and have a combined workforce of over 400 people that deliver projects within federal, state and local governments as well as private institutions and blue chip corporates.
Work at hand include large retail development, several large school developments, health centres and a new hotel.

Supporting a Project Manager and working closely with the site engineering and management team you will be responsible for administering the sub-contract packages. You will also have involvement in the head contract and work closely with the project manager to monitor budgets and produce cost reports.
Salary will depend on experience but figures in excess of $130,000 + super are achievable
- Construction Management degree or related and 4 + years’ experience Experience working with a commercial builder on projects on project in excess of $20M
- Experience working across projects from procurement through to final accounts
- Intermediate knowledge of Jobpac and a high level of computer literacy
