The Company
  
You will be joining a medium size construction firm that currently employees between 25-30 people locally and undertakes projects valued to $50M within Aged Care, Multi Storey and Luxury Residential sector.

The Position

This position will contract CA role up to June/July working across 2 projects of a resi and age care. This will include helping to scope and negotiate contracts, oversee subbie payments and procurement 

Ideal background
  • Construction Management degree and min of 3 years’ experience
  • Experience using Procore
  • Experience with tier 2 builder
  • Have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Have the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • Strong software knowledge
