Highly established QLD Builder. They have a tremendous reputation with a huge portfolio of Brisbane based residential projects throughout this year and 2023, valued between $20M and $60M. One at $20M and another at $45M kicking of in the next two months.
The company specialise in large, high-value residential projects as well as health, education, aged care and commercial / retail.
The Opportunity
Long-term career opportunity with a stable and well-known builder. They have a high-performing commercial team and excellent Project Managers to work alongside.
General Duties & Responsibilities:
This position will support the Project Manager working on either a $20M or $45M residential apartment depending on your start date. Both projects are in premier locations in Brisbane's inner suburbs.
This will include helping to scope and negotiate contracts, oversee payments and variations whilst also helping with design management and site coordination as required.
You will benefit from being exposed to working in a professional and well organised office whilst getting the opportunity to regularly visit sites.

Requirements:
- A degree in relevant discipline such as Construction Management
- 2 to 5+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator
- Stability with previous employers is essential
- Experience with a well-known builder or builder developer
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
