Award-winning commercial builder with an exciting 2022/2023 financial year ahead. The QLD business operates with around 35 staff and have a proven record of staff retention.
 
They are known for delivering projects in Brisbane and the Gold Coast in the education, retail, aged care, health and commercial sectors with a value of $5M to $30M. They have a friendly culture with a flat line management structure.

The Position
Due to being successful in several recent tenders, they are looking for an experienced CA to join the expanding team. In the first year you will get the opportunity to vary your work across commercial buildings, retail, aged care, health and education projects on the Gold Coast.

You will work closely with a dedicated Project Manager and other CA's.

Ideal Requirements

• Construction Management (or similar) degree
• 3 years plus experience as a Contract Administrator
• Experience with a known Australian builder in a similar role
• A team player
• Cheops or jobpac experience ideal, but not essential
