CGC Recruitment are currently working in collaboration with a well established, financially stable and highly reputable tier 2 commercial building head contractor to source an experienced Contract Administrator to play a key role within the business. 

Summary

With over 30 employees, this commercial building head contractor have picked up a number of awards for their projects, due to their high quality on innovative and challenging projects. Projects are diverse in size and scale across a number of sectors, typically ranging from $5-60m, and the project you would initially jump on to is a $35m Education project. 

The Role - Contract Administrator

As a Contract Administrator, you will oversee all typical CA duties - working closely with the Project Manager and site delivery team, with a key emphasis on strong sub contractor management. The client has some long standing relationships with industry leading subby's, and prides themselves on looking after them and building strong working relationships. 

A flexible approach to working, with a very much give/take relationship. There are a number of employees within the business who have been with the business for 10 and 15 years+, which can be attributed to their genuine interest in looking after and developing the careers of their team. 

About you

An excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial building construction professional looking for the next step in their career. You will ideally have 3+ years experience as a CA within a commercial building head contractor in Australia and have a driven and proactive attitude. 

A permanent position within a financially stable business who hire for the long term. A highly competitive salary package on offer, ranging from $110-130k + Super + additional benefits.
