Job description

The Company:
  • One of Australia’s most recognised names within the Construction / Development sector.
  • Currently have over $700M worth of their own projects in feasibility stages across NSW, QLD and VIC
  • Also boost a strong construction portfolio across the defence, educational and institutional sectors
About the Position:
  • Contract Administrator required to join the team on a $30M project based in Gosford.
  • Whilst this project is delivered planning of stages 2 and 3 will be happening which will comprise of another $150M residential tower.
  • The full development which will be delivered over 3 years will comprise of commercial offices residential and retail space.
  • Salary will be dependent on experience however likely to be between $120,000 - $140,000
  • the ideal candidate would be locally-based or within daily travelling distance 
Qualifications / Skills
  • Construction Management or related degree and min 5 years’ experience
  • Highly developed skills to control project financials
  • Ideally looking for someone from a tier one or two background
  • Have strong scoping and negotiation skills
  • Experience working on site ideally on a large multi storey commercial or residential project
