Job description

An established general builder based in North Sydney, seeking a Contract Administration for a project in the Southern Highlands. Visiting site twice a week or project based.

A general builder that delivers a range of new build and refurbishment projects are actively seeking a Contract Administrator to join their small, well run and collaborative office in North Sydney. Using Job Pac the Contract Administrator will work across a large variety of projects ranging from $5mk to $50m and could include Residential, Age Care, Nursing Homes and local authority refurbishments.
  
We are looking for a Junior / Intermediate Contract Administrator who is able to bring solid understanding of construction methodology, the ability to scope projects coupled with good communication and negotiation skills. 
  
The project teams work together to iron out potential issues, buildability and challenge each other on best practice so we're looking for a Contract Administrator who is confident in their own ability and has an opinion. 
  
The company itself currently turnover circa $60m / $70m and project operate with as much or as little supervision as needed. Flat management structure with a hands on management team to offer training and development where needed or asked for.
