A builder who have been established for over 50 years and operate all over the country have a fantastic name in the market and are known for delivering commercial, education and defence projects to the highest level. Their QLD arm has been operating for nearly 15 years and they are known for having an appealing culture within the QLD team.
 
The role – Contracts Administrator
They are looking for a Contract Administrator to join the team in Brisbane and be based out of their new head office which is in the Brisbane CBD. They deliver projects all over the country in the education and defence space and run these projects from their QLD office so there may be some minimal travel from time to time. You will be working with an experienced Project Manager on either a school project or a defence project with values of anything from $7M to $20M.
 
What you need to be considered:

• 4 to 5 years plus experience as a Contract Administrator
• Previous experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder
• A completed construction management degree
• Be a team player and lead from the front
