The Company

Join a busy heavy refurb division that is a part of well-known mid-tier builder.  This division currently has over 8 projects pipelined to start over the next few months and is expanding their team. Being able to draw on the licences and accreditations of the main construction group has enabled this division to grow and prosper over its 10 years in operation.

Work in hand will include projects valued from $5M - $10M across universities, schools, aged care and public buildings.

The Position

Due to planned growth we are assisting with the recruitment of Contract Administrator. Ideally, we are looking for someone who worked through an undergraduate programme who has a desire to forge a career as a Project Manager delivering refurbishment projects.

Ideal Background

• Construction Management degree or related
• Experience working across aged care, educational, local government, and general commercial – valued from $5M
• Have completed an undergraduate programme within procurement, estimating and site coordination
• Highly developed IT skills

This is full time position that will be paying between $90,000 - $130,00  depending on experience.
