Busy fitout/refurb division that is apart of well-known mid-tier builder. This division currently has over 10 tenders pipelined with 2 win this side of Christmas. Being able to draw on the licences and accreditations of the main construction group has enabled this division to grow and prosper over its 10 years in operation.
Due to planned growth we are assisting with the recruitment of Contract Administrator. Ideally, we are looking for someone who worked through an undergraduate programme who has a desire to forge a career as a Project Manager delivering fitout/refurbishment projects
- Construction Management degree or related
- Experience working across aged care, educational, local government and offices – valued to $15M
- Have completed an undergraduate programme within procurement, estimating and site coordination
- Highly developed IT skills

This is full time positon that will be paying between $80,000 - $110,00 NEG depending on experience.
