About the Company

This builder is known for delivering projects within the educational, medical, aged care and retail sectors offering design and construct and construction management services. They have a diverse portfolio that spans over 15 years and take pride in service they provide to clients on a national basis.

The Position

Based in their Sydney office the Contract Administrator will support an experienced Project Manager delivering projects up too $25M and will be responsible for administration of contracts whilst working closely the site team to ensure project milestones are met.

Salary will be in line with experience however candidates can expect between $110,000 - $120,000 + Super

Ideal background
  • Construction Management degree or related and 3-6 years experience
  • Experience working with a commercial builder on projects over $5M
  • Experience working across projects from procurement through to final accounts
  • Experience using Cheops
