About the Company

You will be joining one of Sydney premier builders delivering projects in the educational, medical, aged care and retail sectors. They offer design and construct and construction management services across a diverse portfolio of clients and take pride in service they offer to clients on a local and regional basis.

The Position

Based in their Sydney office you will support an experienced Project Manager delivering commercial project valued to $15M. This will include the administration of contracts ( procurement, payments, variation assessment) whilst working closely the site team to ensure project milestones are met.

Salary will be in line with experience however experience candidates expect between $100,000 - $120,000

Ideal background

Construction Management degree or related and 3-6 years experience
Experience working with a commercial builder on projects to $5M
Experience working across projects from procurement through to final accounts
Experience using Cheops
