Job description

The Company:
We are currently working in partnership with a commercial builder based on Newcastle/Central coast who are looking for a CA to join their experienced team. Over the past 10 years they have grown from strength to strength increasing their staff size to around 60 people.

Over the years they have become one of the most respected and well known coastal builders with work across a variety of sectors including health, education, commercial and hospitality sectors valued up to $70m.

The Role: 
Due to an increase in the size and number of projects they have taken the decision to bring on an extra CA to lighten the load of the current project managers. Based in the office, you will either be spread across 3-4 projects smaller projects OR be based on one $10m + job depending on your experience and capability 

Experience:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience
  • 3 + years experience working as a CA 
  • Strong negotiation skills and highly developed trade knowledge
  • Thorough understands of project financials
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience using costing software and highly developed IT skills
  • Degree background
