About the Position:
  • Opportunity for a highly experienced Contract Administrator to the join the team on a $200M project based in Penrith.
  • Position will report into a Senior Contract Administrator and will be responsible for managing all sub-contractor administration
  • Will be involved in monthly cost reporting, scoping, variation works and progress payments
  • Salary will be dependent on experience however likely to be between $120,000 – 140,000
Qualifications / Skills
  • Construction Management or related degree and min 5 years’ experience
  • Highly developed skills to control project financials
  • Ideally looking for someone from a tier one or two background
  • Experience working across mixed use residential desirable
