Job description

CGC Brisbane, are currently looking immediately for a Contract Administrator, permanent employed on the Sunshine Coast

This is due to increased demand, and working on a prestigious long term infrastructure programme of work.

You will be reporting to the Construction Manager, and assist seniors and site team with;

- A full contract administration role
- Regular on site meetings 
- Purchasing and invoicing 
- Ongoing estimation, take off's and cost management
- Assistance with site planning and continual project monitoring
- management of tenders and ongoing variations / claims on contracts.
- mainly office based, but you will frequently attend site also.
 
Ideal candidate: 
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent
- Good understanding of civil construction practices, processes and legislation
- Background within a Civil business / contractor ideally, in a similar position
- An excellent communicator written, spoken, and in person.
- High attention to detail
