An opportunity exists for an experienced Construction Manager to join a growing civil contractor delivering infrastructure projects across the Northern Territory.
 
This role will suit an experienced Superintendent, Construction Manager or Project Manager with a strong background delivering civil construction works in remote environments.
 
Working on a rolling 2/2 FIFO roster from Perth, you will take ownership of the overall project delivery programme, overseeing construction activities from mobilisation through to completion.
 
Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all onsite construction activities
• Manage project logistics, procurement and plant allocation
• Oversee subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe and efficient delivery
• Drive programme outcomes and maintain project schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers and clients
• Provide strong leadership across remote site operations
• Maintain commercial awareness across project delivery

While you will need to understand commercial project drivers, all financial reporting and corporate administration will be managed by head office.
 
Requirements

• Previous experience delivering civil construction projects
• Strong background in remote site project delivery
• Experience across utilities, underground services and/or bulk earthworks
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary site teams
• Strong planning and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Full Australian working rights are essential
