This privately-owned consultancy specialises in delivering client-side project management solutions to their growing client base, across the private and public sector.

About the Role

As part of a team, you will support on the delivery of a multi-million-dollar specialist facility as a Commercial Contracts Manager.  This is a great opportunity for an experienced contracts manager to join an established team.  Reporting directly into the Project Director, you will manage all contract admin issues and modifications including the preparation of variations.

Skills and Experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in construction or a related field.
  • Proficient understanding of Excel and construction documentation systems.
  • Previous experience within a Contract Administration role.
  • The ability to asses claims and process as required.
  • Issue any requests for variation within the required timeline.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to effectively manage workloads.
