One of Australia's fastest growing providers of cleaning, maintenance and security services to the commercial and retail sectors are seeking a client services manager/account manager to manage a cluster of contracts across Northern NSW. The role is as a result of new contract wins and a bit of a realignment of their portfolio across staff.
Taking ownership of a portfolio of commercial office buildings and retail stores you will be responsible for ensuring that all works are carried out in line with KPI and SLA agreements. As the first point of call for clients you will be confident in dealing with multiple stakeholders and be an effective communicator.
The business self delivers on the majority of its contracts and as such you will be responsible for hiring, training and performance management of staff across the portfolio.
The role would suit somebody who has extensive multi-site experience, and ideally experience running contracts with direct labour, but that isn't a necessity. The organisation are looking for somebody to start ASAP.
