A leading Australian owned internationally operating commercial cleaning service provider are seeking a client services manager to join their business across a mixed portfolio.

Taking ownership of a number of clients and around $1.5 million worth of contracts, you will be responsible for ensuring that the standards are up-kept, clients are happy and that work is delivered to within time frames and budget. The business operates across two models. Predominantly through a network of franchises but also some direct labour.

To be successful in this role, you will have a number of years within the commercial cleaning sector, ideally you will have experience of contracted or franchisee models, but those who have worked with direct labour will also be considered.
