A leading provider of cleaning, security and maintenance services in Australia are looking for an experienced client services manager / contracts manager to join them on a 6 month FTC basis running a multi site cleaning contract. There is a very strong likelihood of a permanent position at the end. 

Taking ownership of a portfolio of commercial office buildings and retail stores you will be responsible for ensuring that all works are carried out in line with KPI and SLA agreements. As the first point of call for clients you will be confident in dealing with multiple stakeholders and be an effective communicator.

The business self delivers on the majority of its contracts and as such you will be responsible for hiring, training and performance management of staff across the portfolio. 

The role would suit somebody who has extensive multi-site experience, and ideally experience running contracts with direct labour, but that isn't a necessity. The organisation are looking for somebody to start middle of April.
