We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor for a leading civil contractor delivering land development and subdivision projects across the Perth metropolitan area.
  
Working across multiple projects north of the river, you'll play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

• 2-3 months work - Opportunity to transition into a permanent role for the right person.
• $75–$80 Per Hour + Super
• Company vehicle provided
• Monday to Friday roster (7:00am–4:30pm) – no weekend work.
• Work across a variety of established land development projects throughout Perth.

About the Role
  
As the Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of crews and subcontractors across a variety of land development projects.
Your responsibilities will include: 

• Supervising all on-site civil construction activities.
• Coordinating subcontractors, plant, labour, and materials.
• Managing daily site operations to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Overseeing subdivision works including:
• Bulk and detailed earthworks
• Sewer, water and drainage installation
• Road construction
• Kerbing and concrete works
• Pavements and final trim
• Service coordination and finishing works
• Conducting toolbox meetings and ensuring a strong safety culture on site.
• Monitoring quality and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Liaising with Project Managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients.
• Identifying and resolving site issues before they impact project delivery.

  
Essential Requirements

• Previous experience supervising land development and subdivision projects.
• Strong understanding of all stages of residential subdivision construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Current White Card.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
