Civil Supervisor - TfNSW Road Project | Regional NSW | Contract Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor with proven Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) road project experience to join a reputable civil contractor delivering a key road infrastructure project in Regional New South Wales. This is an immediate start contract role for 3-4 months, with Monday to Friday work and occasional Saturday requirements.

The Role

As Civil Supervisor, you will take ownership of day-to-day site supervision, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and TfNSW standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site crews, subcontractors, and plant operations
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with TfNSW specifications and project program
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance
• Monitor productivity, progress, and report updates to the Project Manager
• Coordinate site logistics, materials, and sequencing of works
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and ensure strong safety culture onsite

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on TfNSW road projects
• Strong knowledge of TfNSW specifications, standards, and QA requirements
• Background in road construction including pavements, drainage, earthworks, and asphalt
• Demonstrated ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• White Card (essential)
• Relevant civil qualifications (preferred but not essential)
