The role:
• Business development is a key component of this role
• Identify and maximize business opportunities to ensure the sustainable and profitable growth of the civil business
• Grow the team to over 10 people in the medium term
 
You will have:
 
• A minimum of 7 years consulting experience 
• Proven experience in developing clients, winning projects and delivering results
• Demonstrated skills in client interface/management and the desire to maintain relationships with clients
• A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering
• Strong communication skills and team mentoring ability
