CGC Recruitment are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join a growing residential builder operating throughout the Sutherland Shire. The company has a strong pipeline of work, including new builds and renovation projects valued up to $2M, and is looking to expand its team.

You will work closely with another qualified carpenter, supervisor and apprentice on smaller projects and work with a site foreman on larger builds to ensure high quality workmanship and smooth project delivery.

As an integral part of the site team, you will:

• Deliver high-quality carpentry work on luxury new builds and renovations
• Work alongside another experienced carpenter
• Supervise and support an apprentice on smaller jobs
• Collaborate closely with the foreman and wider site team
• Maintain exceptional workmanship and attention to detail
• Ensure site safety, quality standards and project timelines are met

To be successful, you will have:

• Trade qualification in Carpentry
• Proven experience in high-end residential construction
• Strong finishing skills and an eye for detail
• Ability to read plans and work independently when required
• Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
• Current driver’s licence and own tools

Our client is looking to pay up to $90,000 + super depending on experience.
