Cabinetmaker Required | Kitchen, Wardrobe & Bathroom Cabinetry | Western Sydney | Full-Time & Permanent | $65K – $85K + Super (DOE)
  
We are seeking a skilled Cabinetmaker / Joiner to join a well-established residential joinery and renovation team in Western Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality, custom projects including kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, and full interior fitouts.
  
About the Role
You will be an integral part of a small-to-mid sized workshop, responsible for crafting bespoke joinery items to exacting standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential cabinetmaking, a strong eye for detail, and a passion for delivering custom, design-led projects.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture and assemble custom cabinetry and joinery for residential projects
  • Work from detailed shop drawings and specifications
  • Ensure all pieces meet high-quality craftsmanship and finish standards
  • Collaborate with designers, project coordinators, and installers
  • Maintain workshop tools and equipment in good condition
  • Participate in on-site installations as required
  
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in residential joinery / cabinetmaking
  • Experienced in kitchen, wardrobe, and bathroom cabinetry
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of various materials (timber, laminates, veneers) and finishing techniques
  • Previous experience in custom manufacturing environments is highly desirable
